the woman is a fraud. Pass it on to the other artists you know. She scammed many artists over the last year and it is now going to all come out publically. Check Raymar's site for a statement from them.

PS. She took the website down right after the ruling and is facing criminal charges.

You are absolutely wrong about the rescue groups. I am a member and volunteer of Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society, and if you even had any idea of the sacrifices that have been made by the organizations and dozens of volunteers to get those horses out of that place, you wouldn't say that we are self-serving. Aside from the fact that most of the horses were starving (one died of starvation) and T-BAR had given money and feed to Carol for their care, she A. refused to accept help with re-homing any of them and B. kept many of the stallions in stalls for years on end without cleaning their stalls or allowing them into the fresh air and sunlight (this has nothing to do with money or needing assistance). I feel for Carol because I believe that of course she never set out to hurt those horses, but the fact is that she also refused to care for them properly.

And NOW, it seems Carol is at it again ... the POOR, POOR, PITIFUL ME syndrome!!!! She is going to find herself in court for libel/slander, as her accusations she's now making throughout her website are LIES!! I don't BELIEVE that this website is owned by a Diana Hart ... I believe it's Carol's new-found organization that she's going to try to draw sympathy support and donations from!! When is this woman EVER going to get a life, and support herself with an HONEST LIVING??!!!! She has lied by claiming my organization was part of a seizure of her horses!!! We had NO PART of that seizure, and didn't even know when it was going to happen and which organizations would be involved. ALTHOUGH, we DID have a good idea which rescues would be involved. This so-called "Diana Hart" (Carol's alter-ego??) person is being downright slanderous ... and she's gonna find herself in court on the wrong side of the table!
